Good match... I'm going to say chun li for now...

So how fast can she charge up the big Fireball?

the big energy ball keeps spidey to distance and can't web her. in fact if he is close in her range and she does Kikou Sho, she eliminates spidey

She has Ki and Spidey not.

Speed :
Both are fast but the legs from Chun Li are deadly and hits spidey enough in a few seconds!!!

they are both smart and see everything very fast what happens, and what to do about it etc etc

Doesn't tell me how fast she can get the fireball charged or for how long she can keep it up until she gets tired.

Ki yeah he missing that but Spider-man has spider sense and Chun does not.

yeah thats a good ponit about his spider sense!!

but he uses his sense only when he can't see annything coming, attack in the back for example

in a fight where he can see everything he can't use it. that sense is ment too see things coming if he can't see it.

soo if he attacks from air or something and she uses Kikou Sho!!.......... Spidey is toasted.

The spidey sense is always on.

It's how he dodges submachine and laser fire so easily. His sense tells him which way to move his body to avoid an attack before it happens. It happens automatically.

If she is about to use Kikou Sho or even thinks about using it then it will warn him.

There both fast and strong (chun in her legs and SPidey in his fist)

Chun knows martial arts

Spidey knows Spidey-fu(not making it up it an actual name for his fighting style)

Spiderman could pull this off depending one which chunli it is....BTW Iron Spiderman would beat her senseless.

Normal Spiderman can lift around 15 tons, has a pre-cognitive danger sense and is easily one of the most agile characters ever created. Chun-Li as far as I'm aware is a normal human. All Spidey needs is one punch to turn her into paste.

lol.. when I played Marvel vs Streetfighter.. Kikou was easy to block and push back

I think her Houyokusen would be more useful against spidey since it makes use of her best talent : kicking

still his webbing is very strong.. specially if it can hold them badass villains down
