Well fair enough then if she's that quick then Spidy won't reach her in time or be able to escape. Seems a bit odd she'd be able to unleash an attack that powerful without any delay though.
He web lines out of the area. There he is safe and now waites for her to stop or until she can't do it anymore.
Just because it's omnidirectionall doesn't mean it has it's limit.
And to get an explosion that big in the first place it would take some time. You say it come out quick? How quick? when has she showed to be able to get a big explosion out that big in less then a second?

just the low level street levelers. so thats Captain America,daredevil,Elektra,Black widow,Black Cat, and Bullseye,Wolverine(you can knock him out and count that as a win) ......and um??
Guys like the Sentry, Silver Surfer,Nate grey,Cable,Xavier,Dr.Strange,Thor, Genis,Phoenix,Black Bolt could just wipe out the entire SF universe by themselves without breaking a sweat.
Guys like Ironman,Warmachine,Ms.Marvel,Thing,Hulk,Nightcrawler,cyclops,Colossus,
Cloak,Spider-man,Gambit,Electro,Sandman,,Namor,Atlas,Iceman,Carnage,Venom Havok,She-hulk,Nico,Magneto,Shadowcat,Invisble woman,Human torch,Doom,could take out a majority of them out by themselves before going down.

Spiderman isn't a smarter fighter, he is naturally fast, strong, agile, etc. Chun li through training can amp her chi to superhuman levels instantly, AND can send out destructive attacks.... one hit in the right spot and spidey takes it... a projectile in the general area does the same...

That's not entirely true. "One hit in the right spot and spidey takes it..."
Depends what attack she is using. Moves like Kikouken or Lighting Kicks aren't going to do shit. And moves like Houyokusen well do some damage, but takes a while to charge up for it

He jumps up his spider sense detects the incoming danger and tells him to webline out of the immediate danger area all before chun even does it.
