Like I said in my argument before spiderman has many advantages heck he probably owns chun but it's better to compare the characters fairly.

they do that but it's really not official.
They have also done it with the game. SF collection to be exact where they bundled a noncanon SF2 movie along.

I'm using that as an example because all different media (excluding perhaps live action U.S. movies) take into account what powers the SF fighters have and what they are capible of... you want to use strictly canon events? that's fine, but what are you going to use to support your arguments other than opinion? You won't have any feats to draw on except for inconclusive battles where she's either beaten by people holding back or resorting to double teaming her competition....

Jinzin I said you can refrence it to a point fights between characters in other media aren't canon what part of that can't you get.
