Yep, it's good news. Also, in that pic it appears those bolts are his hair cut rather than tatooes as I thought.

Who knows. The only X-Men he's ever dealt with were Gambit and Wolverine. He has worked with other mutants such as Pete Wisdom and Micromax though.
