Not sure about the spin-off or what the dude was saying but evidently he knows more than we do at this point. Sounds like Blade may get a spin-off out of this. But I'm not holding my breath.

Marvel took the miscommunication problem very seriously and we sorted it all out today with a couple of conference calls. We're also now about the start the big-name artist I've been very keen to get on this as early as maybe next week. Just as a fan, I'm excited about working with this guy and you should be excited about him too. Thanks to Panic, Joe, Dan, Axel, Ski and Bogie for sorting this out so efficiently. It looked like a disaster yesterday, especially when everyone was in transit to Chicago and I only knew what I'd read online, but it's all worked out great.

decent feat, easily takes out Patriot, who the narrator says has identical strength/power, Patriot has been brainwashed into thinking he's Blade. He appears weak initially (the twins just freed him from his tank) but we see later he is far from weakened.
