Im not so sure.

In the top panel, it looks like someone shoots the cuffs off him.

I think its more meant to show he went to break the handcuffs, the guard shot at him and did it for him, hence the Thanks Boss, then he attacks them.

As far aas the gun, who knows where it went??

Anyways here's a another feat. A vampire throws a boy out a atleast a 3rd story level. Blade jumps out the window and catches the boy and lands on his feet.

I want to add that he hadn't fed in a looong time before he pulled this off. + all the fighting/healing before that. IMO it's a good feat.

I hope Blade gets to tangle with Wolverine. That would be awesome.

Did anybody read Blade #5 yet? My LCS sold out of it. If anybody read can they post scans or give a summary of what went down?

WARNING: Spoilers and such!

Hill is pissed that Wolverine escaped from S.H.I.E.L.D's custody so she pigeon holds Blade into hunting him down with the promise of a pardon and the access to S.H.I.E.L.D resources. Blade tracks Wolverine down (which is easy cause he is just hanging out in his apartment). and they fight. They stalemate (kinda) but Blade decides not to push when he realises he owes Wolverine for something that happened between them in the past. That is just the bar bones, so there is still some interesting stuff when you read the issue.

Also Wolverine is confused for a vampire because he has superhuman speed and "nothing human can move that fast" 😉

I was p!ssed when I got to the shop and saw the Blade rack was empty. I knew I should have put it on my pull list.

Nothing big... didn't seem like Wolverine remembered. Anyway you'll see when you read the issue, it's pretty cool so I thought I'd leave it out of the spoiler since being a Blade fan you will read the issue sooner or later.

I don't have scanner so I can't help you out with scans or anything... maybe I could download it though.
