Marvel vs Capcom

This is a mismatch pure and simple, Marvel has way too many fighters who could kill most of capcom in one shot. Galactus, Tyrant, Silver Surfer, The Celestials, Ego, Odin, Franklin Richards and the like could pretty much blow up the Earth at any given point killing everyone who needs an atmosphere to live. The rest of Capcom's bunch like Pyron, Jedah and possibly Sparda Dante get the distinct pleasure of going it alone against the abstracts such as, The Living Tribunal, Infinity, Eternity, Entropy, Death, The In-Betweener, Master Order and Lord Chaos. Hell we could even bring pre-retcon Beyonder. Capcom loses, Marvels got too many universe killers on their side.

I've heard that Namor is pretty good and he was the first marvel character... How good is he?

Pretty damm tough, he's got quite a large amount of feats under his belt as well. There's a Namor respect thread kicking about in the comics section of the forums.

Capcom would bust a cap up marvels ass

How? a good 80 to 90% of Capcom's fighters need oxygen to survive, and Marvel happens to have a lot of characters capable of blowing up planets with a bored gesture. The remaining Capcom fighters don't have the power to hang with the Abstracts, let alone the Living Tribunal who wields power on a multiversal scale.

As much as I'd hate to say it, Capcom has lost this one, there is simply no way for Capcom to battle Marvels Celestials, Abstracts or any other top tier holders...

And thats before you even consider an angry TOAA.......

Gouki is the Japanese name for Akuma I think, and he like most of Cpcom's fighters he needs oxygen to live, so when Thor, Silver Surfer, Galactus, Tyrant, Ego or any one else with enough power decides to blow up the Earth he's pretty much screwed.

Yes, Gouki is the Japanese name for Akuma.

Umm, No, Akuma's SF3 3rd strike ending proves that Akuma can survive without breathing. (And unless you can prove he suddenly developed gill slits, I am inclined to beleive that he doesn't need to breathe anymore

if thats the case then the Silver surfer turns him into stone. Or spreads his molecules and atoms all over the galaxy.
