Yeah. Thats always has been a problem with their relationship. Lois was always about her work. Another problem was that Lois loved Superman first and not Clark.

We all know lois is dedicated on saving other people's lives maybe that's why she's all about work but Clark is also busy protecting the world so they are even.. right

thats what I love, Lois first love the alien(Superman) then the man(Clark)

I HATE LANA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lana just seems to blindly follow whichever man she's with like a demented puppy jason, then clark, then lex.even lex is meant to be some manipulative genius, lana still seemed really really stupid to just belive clark wants to kill him for being"different"(already made this point i know),really hope clark tells her where to go next season(not in his character though)

She'll die if she doesnt have a boyfriend!

When does lois save people? if anything, she puts herself in danger more often than she should, leaving clark to do the rescuing...

^ur right, as a reporter she does investigate bad people right (thats saving too) thats why she always gets in danger...
like in smallville and in the new adv. of lois and clark

u get my point...

pr1983

just asking.. ur sig picture is that clark holding wonderwoman or lois?

On the left its wonder woman, the other two are lois...

and lois' job is saving, though very indirectly... but even in the comics, her job has always come first... he's put her first on many occasions...

^aw.. cute clark and diana... is that pic of them from the comics?..
so ur not bruce/diana fan..

i love clois

the one on the left is clark and diana, the others are clark and lois, but the illusion is to make them look like clark and diana... ๐Ÿ˜„

all the pics are from the comics yes, the one on the left is from a superman elseworlds story called 'Distant Fires', the one in the middle is a jim lee pic from superman v2 issue #212, the one on the right is from the same run issue #217...

bruce and diana will never happen imo, especially after what happened before infinite crisis...

clark will always love lois, and will stay with her till the day she dies... what happens after that is anyone's guess...

^aww... yah.. the signature quote says so...

I love Bruce with Selena.. I so love Catwoman!.. I wish she would be in the 3rd sequel of batman begins..

I remember this quote of Diana to Lois

"I know. Believe me, I know. Do you have any idea how special that makes you? And what a fool that makes me for forsaking that possibility for myself when I had the chance? Because I understood so little... and expected so much. You never had anything to fear from me, Lois. Because Kal loves you. I've been to hell and back with that man. We spent a thousand years together with no one to depend on but each other... and still, it was always you. He'll always choose you. And had he died there, it would been with your name on his lips." - Diana

i've wanted bruce and selina to hook up for years... they have that connection...

where did you get that quote, it sounds so familiar...

sounds like diana is jealous though...

^yup they really have that connection๐Ÿ™‚.. I was so happy with what happened on BOP where they have a daughter (Huntress) but sadly Selina died there..I always think Selina knows Bruce too well other than anyone.. I love reading fanfics of them

about the Diana quote here's the full version wehehe

(2002) Wonder Woman: Paradise Lost
Right about now, I lose my "PROFESSIONAL DISTANCE," Number ONE -- The man who tangles WONDER WOMAN'S LASSO is news. Number TWO... it's not my HUSBAND AT ALL. - Lois Lane
"I've tried my best to continue representing Themyscira in the outer world, knowing they don't want me, and knowing that the war there had undermined my value as a teacher of peace. The damage to my work; the loss of my home. That hurts me, terribly. And being turned down by Treveor Barnes hurts me, if that makes sense to you or not. So does the feeling that you hate me. - Diana
"I don't 'hate' you." - Lois
"A part of you does." - Diana
"Why, because I'm asking tough questions? Which part? - Lois
"The part that's married to Kal." - Diana
"Clark." - Lois
"See?" - Diana
"Steel's grandmother thinks you're an item! Her and half the world! Excuse me if that creates a teeny-weeny bit of tension." - Lois
"Even after today? Lois, he's my best friend." - Diana
"Well, he's my best friend too -- and he's my husband." - Lois
"What are you talking about? Died where?" - Lois
"Asgard. The thousand years war..." - Diana
"You... were with my husband in Asgard... for a thousand years...?" - Lois
"Lois, I respect you as a woman, as a reporter, as the wife of the man I call my best friend. We may never be as close as I'd like. But at the very least, I want your respect. And we can't have that with secrets between us." - Diana
"I will... and you'll answer me... but you don't need this. You don't need to earn something you already have." - Lois
"Apollo. Help me, your morning sun is bright..." - Diana
"Painfully. You hungry? Clark makes a mean farmer's omelette." - Lois
"Oh, I wouldn't want to intrude. He's not expecting me..." - Diana
"Nonesense. You're invited. Besides... you two owe me a story. A big, thousand-year story... Just don't pray naked in the living room or anything like that." - Lois
"I think I can spare you that." - Diana

I don't think the writers are making Lana to be sympathetic. I think they are making it so the audience can't stand her. This is probably because they have worked so hard at making Clark and Lana appear to be soul-mates that they have to find a way show that they really aren't right for each other and that theirs a good reason why his future is with lois and not lana. It almost appears like Lois is clarks second choice to lana which is not true considering Lana never gets over Clark. She even names her son Clark.

By now I think they should start focusing on Clark and Lois flirting with each other. There hasn't been many hints of that, which I find odd. Its almost like they're trying to make it so there isn't any real attraction, or that Clark will be like "eh I can't have Lana...where's #2?"

I don't think they should focus on Clark and Lois flirting. I am pretty much against that for now. It is too early. Lois's introduction into the show in my opinion was too early and the best thing they could and should do is keep it neutral.

Both Clark and Lois have an very long way to go to coming close to the people they are meant to be nearly 7 to nine years later. Clark is an idiot and Lois just isn't there. One of the best parts about Lois Lane in most sp universes is the biting relationship between them that supposedly comes natural and isn't seeded in some past romance (at first).

So many plots on the show are moving so fast with so little develpement in the parts of the characters that count so now I am worried. ๐Ÿ˜•

--new by the way so no shark attacks-- ๐Ÿ™‚

I cannot believe this old dead thread has been brought back again, well since it has,if anything people should be sick and tired of Chloe, not Lana.

I just want Clark to be happy and the truth is Lana cannot do that...
They can't trust each other that's why their relationship always never works...

I got to admit I kinda lost my respect for her when i heard she was after Lex now.Nothing surprises me anymore with this show though after they committed the ultimate sin of having Lois come to smallville. ๐Ÿ˜

I agree. Chloe is far more annoying than Lana is. ๐Ÿ˜„

Lana's character of unrequited love female (the one that got away) because she was misunderstood (or simply never trusted) has been done into the ground. And though I don't think her character will drop off the show anytime soon I think the writers made it pretty clear during the hypnotic girlfriend episode that Clark wasn't going to get her back.

I would like to vote Clark Kent as the most annoying character at least where Lana is concerned. I don't have oodles of love for Lana but Clark is a liar and a needless one at that. He said he loved her but his actions speak against that to no end. Clohe (sp) knows Pete knows Lionel knows his parents know and he can't bring himself to just be honest with the person he supposedly loves and who over time has been a decent friend....

He is an idiot not only in romance and every episode it shows. He gets my vote.

I disagree. Truth is Lana has been an awful friend on the show and I really can't blame Clark. Shes hot but shes really two-faced also. Alica from season 4 was more likable and she was a nutcase. Shes been saved by clark dozens of times and on countless occasions shes turned her back on him with someone else. Truth is I think the turn the show is going is good because I suspect the majority of people watching may not like Clarks decision, but they hate Lana'a reaction even more.

Hmmm, Lana, two faced. I'll buy that. But Clark has been that way, too, in terms of him lying to her face even after the countless times she says' hey, I know you are lying'. And then he is like, Hm? No I'm not, silly. Big smile. Sheepish look away. It is like a slap in the face or a knife to the chest.

I don't agree with her going off with Lex who 'loves her' and 'wouldn't lie to the person he loves' (how could he ever do that?!) ๐Ÿ˜˜ And alot of things Lana does seem like a big easy turnover or betrayal (way too easy) But really it is not coming about all that easy.

Gosh, I don't want to defend Lana. But Clark is still one of the most annoying people on the show. I know it is the writer's fault. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Well I know that the writer has to find a way to make their relationship end. Its not really clarks fault considering how every time he is about to tell her somone dies, is beaten up or a big change happens. For a guy that has saved her dozens of times shes very shifty. How many times has he warned her about something only to have her snap at for warning him. Personally I think he should let her get out of her own messes but he wouldn't be Superman if he did that.
