That's idiotic. Not that Supes won because he should but I don't see the point in holding back around her. All he did was inflate her ego. Even after he beat her, she was still cocky.

jeph got rid of black kara by himself. maybe he had to speed up his time table, being rushed an issue, but the plot of "curing" kara's good and evil imbalance is his idea. he ended his run by putting her a step above her previous problems, which was his own farewell to the character.
