enhanced? No it was just classic Juggernaut.
Since we take strength level in calm state Spider-man is class 15.

True, Brock is concidered to be dead, since last time he appeared he cut his wrists (but he would certanly return someday) and yes, Brock was the strongest Venom. All his feats speak for themselves.

Another proof that Venom is as fast as Spider.

One strike was enough to take Spider down.

That strike almost killed spider.
This scan shows him taking down both Spider and Scream.

Physical attacks have no effect on him.

Lifts truck easily.

Spider-man's blows have no effect on Venom.
