Respect Juggernaut

I wouldn't be too worried fella. With Pak writing he should handle Juggernaut well. In an interview he was asked who he thought was stronger between Juggernaut and the Hulk, he blatantly avoided the question.

Also, in Planet Hulk I felt he made it clear that the Surfer would've stomped Hulk under normal circumstance. He also portrayed Zom/Strange as being superior to the Hulk, hence the lame plot device he used for the Hulk to defeat Zom/Strange.

IMO Pak has a pretty good idea of characters and their core power sets, he should handle Juggernaut well. That is, unless, Marvel simply wants to job Juggernaut out.

yup he did 😄

It'll be interesting to see how this handled, considering this will be the first major re-appearance of Juggernaut since he regained his powers, and will be using them to fight someone.

IMHO it'll probably go down like it always does, no clear winner. Being that it's in a Hulk book I doubt Pak will have Juggernaut come in and clean house with both Father and Son and if Pak handles Juggernaut the way I think he will, he won't have him job it or get pwnt by the 2.

I do see a strong possibility that Juggernaut smacks Skaar around a bit.

For the love of god why are there no Juggernaut TPB's!!!

Didn't see these posted. It's Juggernauts brief appearance in Marvel: 1985 #2. He battles the Hulk with no clear winner. Go figure.

The art is absolutely horrid. I actually got a headache reading these books.

For some reason the there are no links to the scans in your post on my screen. But I know what you are talking about. I was kind of excited for that issue with the description from Marvels website;

Can even the Hulk survive the most titanic throw-down with Juggernaut in comic book history?

I agree on the art as well. I don't like it. The one good thing the artist did was trace over the Bowen Juggernaut statue.

Bumping this since Digi repaired my post. You should be able to see the scans now.

Has Juggernaut fought anybody since WWH?

Not really. He has fought the X-Men and Charles in a dream sequence. But his next fight should be with Hulk and his son. He has destroyed a bar though.

Juggy is fighting Hulk again soon?

There is some info on it, one page back.

Here is what Adam Kubert originally had Ult. Juggernaut like:

That limp lump of mutant that Juggernaut is holding is Colossus in human form. I think it's safe to say that Juggs knocked the living metal right out of him! Ultimate coolness.

I know I made mention of it somewhere, but couldn't find the link at the time. Obviously by the time of his death, writers have forgotton about this and the fact that he obtained a huge powerup from the gem of Cyttorak, and is no where near as power as originally intended.

Ok, so the writers agreed that Juggernaut pwnt Ult. Colossus? Many fans have argued that he didn't since we don't actually see him do it.

I guess the writer himself confirms Ult. Juggernaut>Ult. Colossus.

He's going to fight Skaar. The cover of IH #602 suggests Hulkless Banner will be there.

Hold on, isn't it a fact that Ultimate Colossus, stays in the form his knocked out? Meaning if he knocked him out in human form, he would be in human form?

Besides, as far as I recall Ultimate Juggernaut wasn't packing the power to put down Ultimate Colossus either, before the upgrade.

How does him stating Ultimate Juggernaut knocked the living metal out of him, figure into all this?

Just confused about the issue.

The artist said he beat the crap out of Colossus whilst in metal form. The problem we have is that all took place off-panel so we have to go by what the writer said.

Adam Kubert is the comic book artist, not writer.
