If thats where he fights shatterstar there is a reason.
The sword was said to be forged in a dimension of magic and science due to its magical properties it was able to hurt Juggernaut a bigger thing though is showing that even though Juggs can be effected by magic he can still heal back from it proving that really only telepathic attacks can put him down permanently

Ooohhh...So it's like that...But it's still funny though, you surely admit that...The Unsoppable got his eye poked out....I seriously doubted that till I saw some scans...

Magic can hurt and effect him but no pure physical means has ever been shown to do it.

Shatterstar's blades were forged in a dimension of science and magic. That's why Shatterstar was able to shove his blades into his eyes. He also had help from Warpath who is a class 90 who tossed Shatterstar toward Juggs thus providing enough momentum and force to actually pierce his skin. Without Warpath giving him that extra boost, I don't think Shatterstar could have pierced Juggs eyes like that. Juggs would have killed X-Force that day if it weren't for Deadpool teleporting Juggs away.

Here is the english version. Either way Juggy was struggling with a weight that Colossus can lift easily. We can assume this cause it's stated that Juggy was not even at Colossus' level yet. And you can clearly see him struggling.
