going by his profile apocalypse would win. going by what theyve each been able to do as characters cyborg would win. apocalypse has bio armor thats a part of him, i dont know if cyborg could do anything to it. plus its possibly more advanced than he can readily deal with. apocalypse supposedly have infinite strength, can give himself whatever power he wants by altering himself on an atomic level (he should be able to alter his genetics if thats the case and give himself professor x's telepathy as well as whatever else he wanted), even without altering himself he can project powerful beams of energy from his hands. he should be able to heal from almost anything instantly. according to his profile at least.
in practice hes not much of a threat. he talks a good game, but thats about it. hopefully with his recent resurection he will prove to be more than a recognisable villian that everybody has figured out will never get anywhere. he has the potential to be the strongest being on earth almost, and his genius level intelligence and horsemen should make him near impossible to beat. but hes always just stood around and talked and talked until he lost. aunt may with a crow bar would be more of a physical threat than apocalypse, simlply becuase shed actually try and use it, rather than stand around and tell everyone every detail of their complex plan so it can be thwarted.
