Interestingly most rapes of underage girls are anal as the vagina simply is not big enough.

Raping a little girl is just as bad as raping a young boy. You don't get a lesser punishment for raping a young girl, it's not more acceptable to rape a young girl, unless you have very twisted morals. Both are absolutely abominable.

How about raping a dog..would you consider a man who raped a dog to be more perverted or less perverted than raping a child?

Would you consider a man who had sex with a corpse to be more perverted than a person who raped someone who was alive..

There are definite levels to how perverse one can be..and different levels that the law punishes an individual for a particular offense.

I'd hesitate to even compare raping an animal to a child. Their both perverted, yes. But I'd consider raping a child worse then raping an animal. At least with an animal there is no other living human being victimized by the act. Same with necrophelia.

Sexual Assault degrees are irrelevent to this discussion. Has nothing to do with anything. The different degrees of sexual assault are based on harm, force, and magnitude of the attack in question, not the gender of the victim. A guy won't go to prison longer for beating a man into submission and than raping him than he would for doing the same to a woman.

Well of course what NAMBLA stands for is more perverted, NAMBLA is primarily about sex with very young boys, not just 15 year olds. A man having consentual sex with a 15 year old, regaurdless of gender, is much better than having sex with a 6 year old, which is what NAMBLA defends. Trying to equate the two is errenous, and would bring about different charges. Unless both were actually forcable rape, as opposed to consentual sex between the 21 year old man and the 15 year old girl, which would bring about statitory rape, most likely.
