Yes, then you insert that 'Effect' into Signatures, messing around with Opacities, Settings Etc..

Filters are good for some effects but that's about all. They work best when combined with other stuff.

I'm just not a fan of the font, and the yellowish color on 'bungie' appears to not match at all (though I can see where the color came from).
