Jaden Korr vs Bastila Shan

I'd rather wait for Fishy to show up so he can hear it.

But I can tell you a line in a star wars eciclopedia, if you want

Erm, Fishy can read other pages. And you could post it twice, or refer him to it.

It talks about bastila getting a two bladed lightsaber. it says bastila being a mere padawan taking a DBL showed her arrogance or something like that. I'm trying to figure out how to show the picture.

Have you got scanning equipment?

Either way, she duels slower than OT Vader.

Yep, cos game mechanics are teh canon!

Not a variable. It's shown in the cinematics quite clearly.

It's used by every character in the game apart from Malak...

I believe the cinematic I'm refering to is using the CGI seperate from the game mechanics. I will go check.

It's the basic combat animation being used in a loop, I believe.

It's different, considering the DJ steps back a few times when blocking Bastila's hits but the end of the fight shares similarities.

Yeah, I suppose so.

Aha, and how does that prove she is a Padawan? She already had that lightsber when Kotor began, perhaps she was made a knight in the time between making the lightsaber and kotor.

Erm...

Alright, just because a padawan has a dbl-blade doesn't mean they're arrogant. It means that they can use it. Don't you think that she would've cut her own head off if she hadn't been trained with it? I know I would've.

Hate to say it, but you may be right. During Wars That Jedi were involved in(Example: Jedi Civil War, Clone War), It was suppost to be common for the Jedi Masters to quickly Knight strong padawans when there was a need for Knights without giving proper traditional trials. The only Jedi that they make MENTION of are during the Clone War, and are Anakin Skywalker and Serra Keto. there was more during BOTH wars, however, they don't mention which jedi experienced this.

To most, the Jedi order is more than a vocation; it is a calling. To a select few it is much more. Bastila Shan is the quintessential Jedi: trained from a very young age and gifted with a natural ability with the Force that has given her both renown and considerable pride. Despite her youth, Bastila is skilled in the rare art of Battle Meditation... through sheer force of will she can influence the course of a battle. One side is given courage and strength while the other is sapped of their will. This ability alone has put Bastila into the forefront of the Republic's plan to defeat the Sith.

Bastila is brash and impulsive. She is overconfident and seems to walk invincible through her world, though that is hardly the case. Bastila is well aware of the responsibility that presses down on her shoulders. Her Jedi masters urge her to be cautious, but Bastila turns every fiber of her being towards defeating the Sith menace and proving herself to the Jedi. No one doubts that she will one day be a great Jedi... but at what cost? Bastila possesses all the qualities that separate those special few destined to leave their mark on history, but her very youth and determination may be what ultimately consumes her. She has much to learn, and little time to learn it as the Sith menace continues to gather its strength.

Even in the dark halls where the Sith Lords gather, young Bastila is whispered to be a Jedi of note. Who knows the terrible cost of such dark praise?

And I think that source owns the hell out of Wikipedia.

Back on topic, do you still think Jaden could beat Bastila?
