There are potentially two Superman Primes. One of them is the Post-Crisis Superman in the distant future from the DC 1 Million series, who might now be a Superman from another Universe because of the return of the Multiverse. The other Superman Prime seems to be All Star Superman in the future. Both of them got like a golden tan.

No, the bandaged Superman was All Star Superman from the future.
The Superman Prime, was one and the same with the DC 1 Million Superman Prime.

There has been some issues whether or not All-Star Superman is canonical to the mainstream DCU.Well it IS.
During an issue of JLA One Million, Superman 1M is talking with the mainstream DC Superman, and he says...
"Just two days ago I fought the Chronovore with the Superman Squad, Supermen from various eras who've banded together to defend the timestream":
Now who did All-Star Superman meet in a recent issue, and what did they do?:
Exactly!
Now I’ve also heard the argument that because the characters look different, they can’t be in canon with each other…. This is also untrue..
Take Mxy for example,
His form automatically changed every time he ventured into another "world":
Batman: The Dark Knight Returns:
etc, etc….
This was also the case with the Superman Squad, [including Superman Prime].
So Jun is right, they should be one in the same.

The only problem with that is, Superman M* telling Post-Crisis Superman that he fought the Chronovore with the Superman Squad two days ago and in the same story Superman Prime appeared to talk to All Star Superman but in DC 1 Million, Superman Prime had yet to come out of the Super Sun when Superman M* was talking to Post-Crisis Supermman. 😬

In the issue of A/S Supes, where we see Prime, we see him at the end of the issue..
This was after Jonathan Kent had died, after the Superman Squad had fought the Chronovore, and after Jonathan's funeral was held.... Two days could have easily passed in that time frame.
The second answer is simply, time-travel.
With time-travel, this kind of "problem", is easily answered. 🙂
