Surprised at how he was able to sense her dismay, she looked up at him and twiddled with the hem of her shirt as she gave in to his question.

"I'm fine, I just lost my job that's all. I really liked it... only cause of the paintings but you know..." Her eyes were glossy as if she were in her own little world, and she smiled. "I tell stories with my paintings and I like to share them with people, but now I wont be able to cause I screwed up one too many times..." she pretended to stretch as if she didn't care and tried to hide her emotions. "So! What have you been doing all day?" she asked.

Michelle leaned back, her mind now completely on the matter that was at hand. Her eyes widening in slight surprise, she looked at him questioningly and a small smile slowly began playing its way across her rosy lips.

"I don't know about that last part." she said, all her previous thoughts now completely gone from her mind. "But I'm sure I'd love to tell you more about the background of that wolf painting, and the story that it tells..." She leaned forward a bit as she spoke her words. "I'm sure the explanation will be full of passion.."

"I'm havin a vacation since the band ain't doin much, that Murdock sure was annoying me back at Kong Studios, he sure needs a good kickin in or summink!" 2D said, scratching his head "And about hiding, i kind 'o forgotten about that"

She knew his eyes were on her lips, and she bit her tongue to keep herself from squealing out in anxiousness...

"Well, I love the world of mystery... of creatures prowling in the night." She began, looking into his eyes. "The idea of getting lost in your own world when the sun goes down, being able to do anything with your own free will excites me. Which is why I painted that wolf..." she sucked in the side of her lip, biting it gently as she leaned forward a bit more. "Something about the wolf intrigues me, they're mysterious, dark, and unbelievably sexy..."

hesitating for a moment, she stood up from the couch and walked over to a nearby window, looking outside.

"It's a big decision though..." then she laughed, trying to lighten the mood. "Besides, there's never been an elf wolf before."

"You dont have to restrain yourself, freedom is the only way to truly live"

*James looked at all the houses, looking for holes. he saw the girls house, and also saw she wasnt home. he wrote a note and tape it to her door. the note read:

hey, im sorry about the other night. call me and ill have someone come over and repair your house. i know... im a drunk. but it releives me of stress. so yea... my number is: 332-7015. hopefully you will let me do this for you. sorry again.

He smiled, "You know what to do. I cant tell you how to be free, you just have to embrace the one thing you want desperately, but are being held back from" He lifted her chin gently until they were looking into each others eyes......"Dont you want to know true freedom?" he asked.
