No, it isn't. Just as a man must have an orgasm to ejactulate, women must have an orgasm before they can ejaculate, if they can actually do that.

Little kids can't have orgasms unless they ejaculate. With that, they need to have an erection. Young boys get erections and ejaculate when they reach their early teens, this is why they have 'wet dreams'. Little bos don't have wet dream, their bodies are not yet mature enough to have an orgasm, or ejaculate.

If a 5 year old boy had an orgasm, he must ejaculate. If he can do that, he can also father a child.

Youngs boys do not ejaculate until they reach their early teens.

I think you mean spontaneous erection, and yes, this is normal. It has been known to occur even at the moment of birth. Sexuality is dormant in children, even in infants; a SE is likely just the brain's way of "testing the equipment," making sure all is in working order prior to it "coming online" (pun intended) when puberty strikes.
