Actually, girls have wet dreams, too. Most of the time they can't feel anything because they are asleep, just like guys, but it happens. If you wake up during a wet dream, then you might feel an orgasm. There's a little thing called "nocturnal orgasms" that happen some nights, usually during a wet dream. This is what causes guys to spooge in the middle of the night. And, yes boys can orgasm without ejaculation. It's called a "dry orgasm" which is basically what girls have when they don't ejaculate. So my question still stands... 😕
