This is a very hardcore fight with a robot. I know, a robot…no big deal. But this same robot had taken down every other member of the Infinity Watch with ease, including Drax and Gamora. And Warlock is simply fierce in this fight.

I'm sure this is Warlock, or if it isn't it's because I completely read it wrong. It may take a while for me to find the issue again, but I'll try yo find the whole thing. But on the next page Warlock's speaking with her telepathically while he's on his knees from a blast from Magus.

Same character though. I always thought of him as being as close to magic as traditional powers anyway. It seems inevitable (to me, at least) that he'd slip into overt magic at some point.
But yeah, the old stuff isn't. No sense in confusing the two.
High Evlolutionary merges Ultron's conscious into Adam Warlocks body because of Warlock's "Exemplary Genetic Material". Ultron also one shots Quasar easily.
