"He goes back and retrieves the cup and drinks the urine," Detective Ron Fithen said.
Patton allegedly told police that he leaves the stall after the child leaves.
Fithen interviewed Patton after he was arrested while leaving a movie theater last weekend.
"Listening to him describe it, it's like listening to a crack or cocaine addict. He's addicted to children's urine," Fithen said.
According to police, Patton said he's been drinking urine for years.
"He told us he's been doing it over 40 years, since he was 7 years old," Fithen said.
Police said Patton told them it makes him sick, but that it's almost spiritual to him. He allegedly added, "I like it because it makes me closer to them -- like I'm drinking their youth."
A New Albany, Ohio, father played a role in Patton's arrest. He told someone at a movie theater that Patton was staring at his son in the bathroom. The theater employee then called police.
Officials said Patton is a registered sexual predator, who was convicted of rape 13 years ago.
Police believe Patton has been collecting and drinking urine in cities around Central Ohio, including Hilliard, Westerville, Dublin, Worthington and Gahanna.

In prison, your crime basically defines your role. There's a very rigid caste system based on it. Rapist and First Degree murderers are the worst of the worst and are on an equally low plain. They're housed in solitary confinement in a block that is seperate from the GP. When they go outside for their one hour of rec-time they have an armed guard at their side at all times.

I have 6 guys who work for me: 4 mechanics, an auto paint specialist, and a car audio specialist. 2 of them are convicts. Their offences are either drug-related or are property crimes. I try to avoid violent/sexual criminals. However, I hired a mechanic about a year ago who was a felon convicted of Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault. His tenure with me didn't last very long though; after only 4 months he was arrested for hitting a woman and was sent back to the yard.

....well, i am white, and i do very frequently consider killing people around me. The only thing that gets to me is ignorance. Im not being racicst here im just being a realist for the most part. Whether you are black white hispanic or whatever, if you are an ignorant mother F, and you parade it around, and you do stupid crap around me then yea, im gonna hate you, i may not know you, you may be having fun or just being nomal, but im going to hate you. Stupid people get on my nerves. It might just be that white people have had to live with stupidity for so long now but i mean its hard to explain when you have educated and respactable people of all cultures now. Who knows why white people do shit like that. I know i would never even consider it and i would give someone i knew who did a good beating.
