refused to do his work, smashed a window then assaulted a teacher. thankfully he's already at a special needs school so they go fairly light with him. if he'd done that at a mainstream school we'd get a bill for the window, he'd have an assualt charge levied against him, plus we'd have to be looking for a new school...
