1. Either you'll find out that you didn't like it in which case it's a waste.
2. Or you'll like it in which case you'll be tempted to continue and develop a unhealthy addiction due to which the lack of oxygen and abundance of unhealthy chemicals will damage your cells making it seem like you're aging faster than you do.
Since both outcome #1 and #2 are undesirable, and are the only possible consequences why would you try your first cigarette? It makes no sense.
so i had the most ridiculous facebook war today.
this "friend" of mine says on her status, "smoked hookah for the first time today. feel grown up"
to which her bf responds, " hookah is worse than cigarette...is a carcinogen" etc etc it is bad for you not fun to willingly inhale it.
she calls him a buzz kill.
others agree and some disagree.
i butt in and say yes i agree with him and find it funny that people partake in stupid things and claim maturity.
she says i am annoying and should leave her alone.
i go" erm...why are you so mad?"
her bf says because i called her stupid.
i say dude take a chill pill. i was commenting on the behavioral patterns of people our age. they tend to do stupid things thinking said stupid things make them feel grown up. its not just her-everyone else does it too.
he says oh okay. must've been a misunderstanding.
she comes back and says i am annoying and should leave her alone she can smoke hookah if she wants i dont need to be her mother.
two more of her friends come in and say hookah rocks and doesnt kill people. another says i should be sent to a mental asylum.
i say lol. these people are funny, trying to create drama where there is none. i never said dont do hookah- just made a general observation about young people. silly little insecure girl made it personal and now has a bunch of idiot FOBs ganged up against me when her own bf was the one who said it was bad for her to smoke hookah.
she snaps back with how i'm a ****ing loser who stalks her and wint leave her alone. her bf can tell her its dangerous but i should not agree with it because i am annoying and a hermaphrodite.
