I ****ing love a freshly cleaned keyboard. The keys feel so much softer and they are tons quieter.

Also started using a new mouse. It's got a much better feel to it as well.

Since Im slacking on my MMA training. I am at my worst (fighting skill wise)

I train daily just 1 hour a day. not like I used to 2-3 hours

today feels like an AC/DC day

Today is Dads & Donuts day at school.

I get to drive my daughter in and the school is providing a TON of donuts for all the dads and their kids.

Played touch football at the school this morning. 4 of us dads and about 10 kids. Best moment...I intercepted the ball and nearly ran it in for a touchdown.

My "friend" is taking her 2 infant children to the midnight showing of the new Twilight movie. They should be in bed, not watching a chick have sex with a corpse.

Really psyched today, it's Friday. Just work tomorrow, and then a short week next week before Thanksgiving and shit
