Those days are over for me. I think love is easier at my age. A lot of the bullshit is cast aside, holding onto the one you love and the need to start a family are the most important things in the world.

i thought i knew that. apparently not. so now i've had to learn it. wow was it exhausting tho. letting go is probably the most peaceful thing ever after the long trys.
hellz yeah! and chick flicks rule. the other day i was watching uptown girls, and Molly is hung up over this jerk ass of a guy when dakota fanning's character goes, "other people always let you down. so why don't you forget them and do something for yourself?"
so cliched, but it was amazing how in that state of emotional misery, the words spoke to me.

Sadly that isnt always true when you just follow your hearts feelings. I've let myself down too many times to count, quite recently it was big time and I'm still struggling with it.
I think what makes the difference is how you gather yourself up and stick back the pieces of your life. It's a hard thing is life...

i feel that. i let myself down but that i did when i never counted on myself to begin with.😕
its different now...i'm learning so much on how to deal with myself. ironic,but true.
