playing defoe upfront on his own isnt a good idea imo. if you wanna think it is then be my guest. your opinion.

I think anyone else up-front on their own is preferable to Crouch being anywhere near the starting line-up.

Deano should play upfront with Crouch.

the rest of the squad is quite good, barring a few **** ups - Campbell and Hargreaves -.... but seriously, what the **** is he thinking with those forwards?

4 forwards.... 2 of them injured... one of them rubbish... and the other one has barely played in the premiership. that's shocking, just plain shocking.

get rid of Campbell Hargreaves and Walcott, take out Rooney... bring in King or another central defender who hasnt been rubbish this season, get rid of Hargreaves and select another striker, Defoe or Bent for instance... and chuck out Walcott for Beattie, Defoe or Bent.

id take walcott. he is pure quality. he is very similar to lennon, maybe even better.i know he hasnt played many games this season but so what. he is still quality!!! if arsene wenger keeps his promise and plays walcott against barcelona(not from the start), then if he plays well,sven might take him. i dunno why not. id rather gamble on a young talent than someone like james big **** beattie, or emile heskey.

sol campbell is shit now. id rather take an injured ledly king.

oh and if heskey goes to the world cup. i'll...i'll cry probably. i would definetly take lennon.......and joleon lescott😛

I think Walcott has extraordinary things ahead of him and the only way he'll get experience is games, but if England want to take this seriously I wouldn't start Walcott.

Then again, Sven seems to cream his jeans over anyone with pace. Lennon is good but come on, there are some defenders out there who will just say "Yeah where you going mate?"

he should of taken defoe imo. we have rooney who will probably not make it. that leaves owen as our top poacher who we will need greatly. but still he still might be doubtful. then we have crouch who wont guarentee goals and a player like walcott who hasnt played at all. bit worrying.

i would of taken shaun wright phillips over downing. and scott parker over hargreaves. and anyone else over campbell.

i think walcott can light up the world stage though. nothings stopping him.
