And on a side not, the reason USA and Mexico are higher than Argentina is because they're in an area of the world where they get easy matches, whereas Argentina are in with Brazil, Uruguay, etc.....

England played a lot of easy matches though. Azerbaijan, Northern Ireland (which they lost), Jamaica etc. Like USA played a lot of easy teams.
The rankings aren't accurate, hence USA being 5th. History and current day performances tell us different though, as I've proven with that massive list comparing Germany and England reputation, history and achievements. That said, if you wish to go over the rankings, we'll take a look at them again if Germany win the World Cup, we'll see how much higher England are then. However, look:

Yes, Germany are better than Brazil right now. Overall, Brazil have PROVEN they are the better side. Just like Germany are better than England right now.
However, the difference is, Germany have also proven that over time they are better than England, and facts I've posted have proven this fact.
All you have is "If England did everything right, they'd be better imo.". Like I said, if I did the lottery right, I'd be a millionaire, wouldn't I? We can all say "If". You have this mental image of what England's best is, but they've never ever played that good have they? You're just assuming England can be that good. I know this because I asked you for your opinion on when England have been at their best and you couldn't provide examples.
