Fantastic 4 villain

Who should it be?

Galactus?
Frightful Four?
The Inhumans?
Doctor Doom Again?
Puppet Master?

I'd like it if they made Super-Skrull or Annihilius to be put in the second movie. And then we obviously know Doom's not dead since the guy's PDA was flickering and being messed. So i would like it if Victor comes backin FF 3.

Super-Skrull would be sweet if done right. Really menacing invasion spearheaded by a ruthless general. Super-Skrull would have to be no holds barred, tough as nails, base his character directly off of Neoptolemus/Phyrrus from the various classics of antiquity. Guy's the best warrior around, and also a heartless dick.

I'd like to see them tackle the Wizard--have Wizard assemble a frightful four maybe, somehow have them end up fighting in Spain, one of the badguys gives the Thing a run for his money, leads him out to some barren hamlet with an old decaying castle. The badguy wrecks Thing's transportation, so now he's kind of stuck, getting ready to walk/jump back to civilization and suddenly he hears someone calling him...he's led to a sealed off well and someone forces its way into his mind and makes him unseal it. Voila! The terrible alchemist Diablo! He'd be a sweet foil for Reed who's very anti-magic and just doesn't understand it. No having the Diablo turn Thing back into Ben, that's just boring and was already done.

Galactus.

My top choice would be Galactus and Silver Surfer. Second choice would be the Skrulls. Third choice would be Dr. Doom teaming up with Annihilus (unless that's really unlikely, I don't know much about Annihilus) I just don't want to see Mole Man or Puppet Master lol.

NoFate: I don't think it's really likely for Doom and Annihilus to team up. Both has too big of an ego to get along.

I heard they are doing puppet-master. The Skrulls would be my #1 choice with the Frightful 4 as #2.

I can't imagine Galactus working on the big screen. Maybe if we just hear about him briefly through the Surfer, but thats it.

I'd like to see Doom again, this time a bit more like his comic counterpart.

It seems more logical to use a robotic version of Galactus . He's more believable then a 30 foot humanoid in pink armour.
