while i agree with u id havce to say that movie wouldent do veary people are ok with changes in the movies from comcis but imo thats to big a change they would do better not to have him at all if they did that

How so , I mean i think they'd have to take it with a pinch of Salt (even in the sixties) to believe that a giant alien (In pink armour) devours a planets raw energy.
Whereas a robotic life form could use the planets energies to re-charge it's power cells.

yes thats good point and all but u see the spiderman movies i liked them but hated the fact that his web shooters were organic if they wanted to be that realalisttic then it should have came out his butt cause spiders dont shoot webs out their arms it took away from some of peters smarts
now for the f4 movie it would take away the pc and hows a robot gonna have a herald like ss also reed would find away to kill him sence hes only a robot

Check out the Ultimate version of Galactus, it describes a quasi-realistic way of Galactus destroying the planet.
