It is very unclear actually, but in the end of MGS 1 Ocelot says, "yes, and Liquid thought he was the recessive one" so I think it was Liquid who had the dominant genes. But that didn't keep Snake from kicking his ass, mabey the recessive genes are better. But much of the game tells you to "fight your genes".

U mean the speed? or how fast? hmmmm well his freaking cool man and he killed 5 soliders (or something) with lots of weapons pointing at him, Sorry if im explaining bad. Well he killed them without having his gun drawed.
