Could be, but MM is capable of feats that Emma needs cerebro [or cerebra if you go by current] to do the same feats. Yet Despero easily beat Aquaman and MM in a tp battle...at the same time.

No he is, he caused a white martian to have a seizure. That's an insane ability, plus with his water hand his tp got upgraded and he has "The Clear" as well.

im not too big on Emma, only real thing of importance i can recall her doing is manipulating dark phoenix.

Dark Phoenix is wacky, Prof X has beat DP while she was still going through some internal problems. The only reason DP didn't instantly kill the X-Men is because of Jean and Cyclops.

I give it to the X-Men...Emma has the great skill with telepathy added to the raw combined power of Rachel aided by cerebro(a)...Shadowcat, Colossus, Iceman, no visor Cyclops...thats crazy

do any of these telepaths have what it takes to take down despero?

Too many people. Unless he goes through them one after the other. Sooner or later, he'll be overwhelmed by Rachel Grey and Emma Frost or get a brain freeze by Iceman or a body part teleported by NC.
