Personally, I'd say Kenshiro's fine. Basically, he's a slightly more uber Karate Kid. With more exploding heads.
Man Thing's too dependant on his environment, IMO. Similar to Hawksmoor from the Authority. He's probably above the caps in a swamp, but will eventually just die outside of one, just as Jack will without cities.
And however awesome it would be to actually have Longshot, he's banned. Because it's impossible to argue against him, because his power is basically the power of PIS. Becasue he affects luck, anyone with the power to destroy themselves would end up losing to him, in one scenario or another. It's impossible to determine who he would and would not beat, though thinking up ways that terrible luck could kill someone is hilarious.
And yes, Manga was originally banned, but that's been lifted for now... C'mon, it's the freaking bonus round, people.
