Sadly for Thing, we go by comics. You know, this being a comic versus board and all. And comics have clearly shown Namor's superiority at all those areas. ✅

Namor has overpowered Thing on land more times then Thing has overpowered Namor...in fact, Thing has overpowered Namor only once...and it was during the time when Namor got dehydrated like in 5 minutes. Nowadays he lasts much longer.
Namor has done it many more times.
