I've been to a lot of forums and KMC is easily one of the least biased. You want bias? Go to CBR and read their Surfer threads. Those guys have Norrin beating Jesus 10/10.

To be fair, I do think this is one of the least biased forums around. I personally don't think any of these fights, SS vs Quasar, BB vs Quasar etc is 10/10 for anyone. Of course you'll have those who feel that their fav character beats everyone else, but thankfully those persons are in the minority here. Back to the topic...

I still think Quasar wins the majority here but I found another reason why. BB's abilities stem from his usage of electrons rite? But Quasar has control over all forms of energy, so manipulating Black Bolt's powers is within the realm of his powers. Imagine him with full control over what BB can or can't do. Could be a win for him

Hah, THis Forum is the least bias when it comes to marvel vs. marvel characters.

Well, to be honest, Quasar is potentially one of the top 5 in the entire Marvel Universe.

This guys has taken on Abstract Entities. And, it is usually by using his powers in a smart way. He is well-written.

He manipulates all power. Period. That would include BB's power.

Don't get me wrong, BB is baddass! But, they are different level characters.
BB has ben on some cosmic adventures.

Q is all cosmic.
