I scanned the fight from Marvel two-in-one #28. Thing and Namor are forced to brawl. At first they are slugging(Namor is talking his usual smack) it out then Namor realizes that he must calm Thing down so they can both survive. They end up faking the end of the fight. It also seems they are fighting underwater too.
If Thing can hold his own witn Namor then Colossus surely could.

Namor wanted to make a plan. He clearly isn't fighting to his fullest. And he already is trying to talk sense to Thing in page 1 and 3. It looked more like he was defending himself from Things blows.

Yeah, well, when you don't want to hurt someone who is your friend but try to talk sense to him, you don't usually hit him as hard as you can.

He probably tried to warn Thing that in water, he would be defeated sooner or later. Like he has been. Multiple times.
Namor wasn't fighting to his fullest.
Why are we talking Thing and Namor here? Thing has always been outclassed by Namor. In water is always pure dominance. On land, Thing is closer but Namor 9/10 always has the upperhand until someone comes and saves Thing. Thats the way it is.
If Namor is wearing his black suit, and is actually willing to fight Colossus, the fight will be close in the beginning. Theres no doubts about that. I just think Namor is more ruthless and would give Colossus more of a pounding than vise versa.
If Namor doesnt see Colossus as much of a threat he wouldnt fight to his fullest. Thing, Hulk, Hercules, Thor are people who gets Namors full attention. I know that Mimic only has about 1/2 Colossus's strength, but he still has the full durability. Namor was pounding that ass. If this is truly a fight Namor wants to win, i just dont see Colossus pulling it off.

Of course, he didn't use all his potential there (it says it there on the caption), but that is Namor when he is PISSED OFF.

I still say in water Namor cannot be beat. But on dry land Colossus can get him some major trouble.

But Thing's punches didn't even hurt Namor that much.
And Namor still is much faster, stronger, more ruthless and...well, I have listed these before.
Colossus has few, if any advantages. Namor has most.
