I will consider the battle is on land since the other isn't worth mentioning.
This is a question all should take in consideration when posting.
Can a namor hurt a namor?
In other words, can a character withstand another character's blows without any damage. Now colossus has a small edge in durability so the question is "can namor hurt himself"? If no, then he cannot hurt colossus. If yes, by how much? If a little at a time, then the fight will definitely last a long time (giving favor to colossus). If a lot at a time, then namor wins.
note: I am not arguing who will beat who but just stating essential things that all should think about and bring up to back up their side.
Because durability is everything!

Namor wanted to make a plan. He clearly isn't fighting to his fullest. And he already is trying to talk sense to Thing in page 1 and 3. It looked more like he was defending himself from Things blows. This is Namor fighting for real:

Those posts are free floating in the ocean of course Namor is going to have the upper hand Ben can't breathe. How long can anyone fight to their fullest without being able to breathe in the water.
You've obviously declined to mention Namors own words on this scan http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c...orandThing5.jpg
panel 4 "An all-too evenly matched battle which only could have raged on--FOREVER."
Unless he was knocked silly by Ben and didn't have all of his faculties and was just speaking jibberish.
This fight in 2n1 #28 Ben was able to breathe underwater by their captures doing.
If you look at scan #1 http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c...morandThing.jpg
Ben tells Namor to stick his plan...prior to attacking him he is not that dim not to know what Ben was thinking when he said that is he?

How about a dozen punches per second? Because that is about how fast he can move his hands.

And punches like these:

Knocked out Beta Ray Bill.
Hurt Thor. (A god)
Hurt Ares (Another god)
Hurt Hercules (Demigod)
Toppled an enourmous freighter.
Blown through titanium with ease.
Knocked out Thing.
Created island-quivering earthquakes.
Rendered Captain America's impact absorbing shield useless.
Made entire building collapse (with a single punch).
Rendered Dr. Doom's armor useless and sent him flying through multiple steel and titanium plates of his ship.
WILL hurt Colossus.

None of those images work. 😬
And Ben refuses to stick to the plan in beginning. He says "Go stick yer plannin'". That means no to Namor's suggestion.
And it is Namor's way of speak to talk hyperbole (well, most characters usually do). But if you look at their actual battles, you see that in their battles, the possibility to rage forever isn't the case.
Namor is far faster and stronger then Ben. He outclasses him in about every area. And with his black costume, he won't even dehydrate.
Namor is simply far too versatile for people like Colossus and Thing.

when did namor knock-out beta ray bill?
bill can beat thor, let alone namor......anyway, yeah, namor will take colossus down.
the only advantage the russian has is durability.....not enough.
He knocked him out on issue of Thor Corps.
Bill might have been unexperienced on that point though.

I guess we can't take anything Namor says seriously then...
😉
I have seen enough scans to see that Colossus can hold his own with Namor ON LAND.

(Can't really argue with this)

He's not the only one who says so. For example, Cyclops said in one issue: "I hit him with enough force to rip a planet in half", but it doesn't mean that he actually could. And, even in real life, people say "That is going to last forever" when they don't actually mean it. ✅

Sure, if Namor is dehydrated, Colossus can hold his own against him.
In this case, he won't be. ❌
And it took Thing every last ounce of his strength to drag a dehydrated Namor out from sea.

Any examples of a character talking about a battle with another character that they didn't really mean what they said about how the battle went...?

A CL5 THING BTW...

EHHH... Ben was more than holding his own against Namor in the water in that 2n1 #28.
It's only in your version that Namor wasn't fighting to his fullest in it.
