He fought one and then right after fought the other. That's completely different, Mace could do that for Maul/Asajj for sure. Both at once'd be alot harder, plus Sora was injured and Asajj had already fought what? Three Jedi? And it was near the beginning of the Clone Wars, when Asajj wasn't that strong yet.
They wouldn't be able to attacks him at the same time without:
A) Taking turns.
B) Hacking eachother apart.
C) Having Mace pull a Dooku.
One of them is using a double-bladed saber, while the other is using a pair of twin lightsabers; both of their styles require acrobatics and space, neither of which will be possible if they both try to attack the Jedi simultaneously. And since that means they'll have to do letter A, Mace is going to rip them apart.
Probably not, but maybe.
