The Master Sword doesn't care about your silly spells. Also, it was the sword's power that cut the continent, not arm strength. The sword is only like 4+ feet long even if you count the hilt.
The Master Sword doesn't make you immune to all forms of magic. What reason do we have to believe being crushed by gravity wouldn't do anything? In which Zelda game did the Master Sword render Link immune to magic?
I realize it was the sword's power, but that is just one Master Sword though. What a Master Sword does in one game doesn't necessarily mean a Master Sword from another Zelda game is just as powerful. Don't get me wrong, as far as the story of the games go..it might all be the same sword. But if you're going to actually try to debate Link in fights, well..the varying abilities of the sword depending on the game you are in is something that needs to be acknowledged.
The sword better make him quite durable as well, since even if fighting that one specific version of Link who cut a continent in half..Sora is still notably quicker then Link, so I don't think any version of Link wants to get tagged by the keyblade.

I'm just here to supply what's asked for.
Anyway, the Master Sword breaks the curse on Link and prevents him from transforming in the Twilight Realm.
It's also said in Hyrule Historia.

And it also doesn't make the ball go bye bye, meaning it more often than not repels rather than dispelling magic with a single touch.
The Master Sword has told the triforce itself to sit down and eat its veggies, it has nothing to fear from Sora.
