Sora has some drive forms, which mostly just enhance his current powers, some basic spells, and some moves with a Keyblade.
Link depending on the version has things like a mask to turn you into a giant, seeds that make you faster, a cape to make you glide, bombs, a hookshot, a giant wrecking ball, various assortments of ways to heal himself, and magic spells and arrows.
Seriously though, which version of Link?

I don't know, I want to know what Link this is, although Sora pretty much does the same moves in KH2 that he does in KH, only in 2 he has more.

sora reacted faster and blocked all of his slashes

He reacted to it, not faster than it, and hell, all he really did was move his Keyblade from side to side.
Not really, no, cause he has never shown fast movement speed at all, or particularily fast strike speed.
Oh and a split second isn't lightspeed. In a split second light circles the Earth 7 times. Sephiroth in any incarnation isn't 1% of lightspeed.
