Well, you said Thor teleports him behind them. It doesn't matter who tries to break her neck. It would take him at least 2 seconds to kill her after teleportation. This is more than just enough for making forcefield.
Now try to answer my questions.
How Spidey could avoid being killed?
How could Dragon dodge rockets that follow him wherever he goes?
And what could Namor do to avoid being hit by Super Nova and then dragged into lava by Sue?

How could Dragon jump on WM if he flyes in the air and if there are two missiles on Dragon's a$$?
Her shied protects her from lightning, and it's not hard for her to concentrate on Spidey. She showed to be able to make multiple forcefields at the same time, so Spidey dies anyway.

How IW can hold all this? Have you forgot abou Torch? He ain't gonna just stand there and watch how your guys trying to kill his sister. He would attack them with Nova Flames.

Well Sue can make multiple forcefields but they can be overloaded. She struggled in the past to contain Johhny's flame so against the might of mytic lightning and Mjolnir pounding against her shields she is gonna cave.
Also how exactly does the forcefield take out Spidey. Does she just drop a construct on him? He has spider-sense to dodge, and if she just encases him in one shes gonna have a hell of a time holding him cause he'll just speed blitz and pound the shield.

As as said above Torch would attack Thor so he won't distract Sue from killing Spidey. And how would she kill him? Catches him first, then
a)Just squishes him inside of the field.
b)Dragges him into lava.

No he can't. Torch can't be burned by any temperature below sun's.
And if Namor tries to catch him he's getting fried.

Well it's a team on team fight. So it's different. Namour still could be killed by lava.
