The only thing I could suggest is that both of you may want to consider the amount of splash damage your attacks might cause. Sam's War Machine and Human Torch as well as aj's Thor might end up taking out their own teammates with the attacks you are conducting (i.e. thor's lightning and WM's rockets and Torch's nova flame). Especially as aj's teleportation tactic will put both teams in very close quarters.

In their first fight FF didn't really wanted to fight Spidey. They were trying to calm him down. Thing hit him only once and he pulled his punch.

This is how i see this fight from the beginning to the end.
Thor teleports all AJ team on the other side of a pit, behind my team.
While they were teleporting Torch and WM flew up, Venom jumped of the way of AJ team and Sue made a forcefield to avoid possible attack.
Thor and Namor are trying to break through Sue forcefield. Torch attacks them both to stop them from attacking his sister. Namor dodges flame and flyes to fight WM. Torch fights Thor. Since nobody distracting Sue she could concentrate on Spider. She becomes invicible to make sure nobody would hurt her. She makes a forcefield and kills Spider with it. Torch is still flying circles around Thor and shoots flames at him.
Namor is going to attack WM but Venom shoots webbing in his eyes to distract him. Meanwhile Sue uses her forcefield to take some lava from the pit. She moves it right at Namor and sprays it at him. Namor distracted by Venom's web can't dodge in time...
WM shoots rockets at Savage Dragon, Dragon somehow avoids them(thats what AJ says) and jumps on WM. Now they both are flying in the air. Savage Dragon holds WM and doesn't let go. Savage Dragon is strong so WM couldn't outfight him in the air. So he flies to the pit and when they both above the lava he shakes off Dragon who falls right into the pit.
Now all three join Torch in fight against Thor.

FF members were young eithr. Plus he was trying to hurt them and prove this way that he deserves to be a new member of their team..
You can't deny that if FF fought Spidey with purpose to kill him he would've been dead in seconds.
It doesn't take WM and Torch any time to get off the ground.
Before Thor and team teleport and manage to attack they both would be already in the air.

And your underwater king is too far from water.
so even without water hes a powerhouse, i dont think yor teamwork idea will work when he takes on ff by himself and thor has took on ultimate marvel i believe at 1 point and thats not even mentionng savage dragon and spederman

WarM is a match for Namor in strength, plus he has a lot of weapon. Spider-man is getting down fast. So he won't be able to distact anyone.
Don't tell me whom beat Thor. Try to explain what exactly he is going to do against my team.
And read my version of the fight. I mentioned there your teleportation and jumping Dragon. I explained why this won't work.

I know who WM is. On this site there is nothing said about his strength class.
WM is almost as strong as Ironman who is class 100. WM is somewhere near class 90
