juggernaut can't get hurt or killed by supes, just kod or ring out. Supes in no way can hurt or kill him, even with t-vo.

Actually its because flight speed is not directly combat speed speed as Thor ( when not using the hammer like a retard) is no slouch. He may now be a fast but he can stand up to him.
