Personally I have found that I don't hate Superman because once and a while he does impress me without Pis. But I think its wrong to sacrifice characters like the green lanterns, fate, flash, or MM so that Superman can save the day.

i also like it when he is part of a team effort. then it's not like he's the Juggernaut or something. only Juggs does that and pulls it off.

people don't seem to realize that no amount, not even superman flying into jugg's nuts at 10000000 times light speed is going to hurt him. only magic is going to hurt him physically, and only telepathy or sonic technology is going to knock him out.

The problem is his power is not defined. Writers have a habit of ignoring all continuity with Superman so that he does things that should not be possible. Why is it that the MM has become the Damsel in distress in a number of comics when he should be stronger than Superman

t-vo just reeks of PIS. it makes sense in no possible way, shape or form, not even for fiction.

doesn't Juggs have telepathic attack? he took control of Hulk's mind, and when he broke lose it flattened Juggs.

juggs never had telepathic attacks, but he gained alot of powers when he took the newer gem of cytorrak from some boy.

So? Nobody gets pissed when other characters get other powers however they always seem to have a problem with Superman. Superman is the absolute most iconic character in comic book history. He was the first and best. If you can't respect him, well then that's your problem. There's no point in making an entire thread about bashin him.
