I dont know about "tossing him around". In fact, Hulk couldnt even hurt Thor. He did, by hitting Thor in the air, practically toss him away from the battlefield (although both Thor and Hulk have and could survive such a blast) but BFR is hardly tossing someone around. In fact, Maxam did something tossed Hercules away although I think it's fair to say Hercules is stronger.

Hulk is the strongest, I mean marvel usses him the most iff it come's to strenght feets, like against onslaught ( I know juggy was out than).
With the 150 billion ton mountain (or how heavy it was).

Overall Hulk has the potential to be the strongest, but only if he gets angry enougth. But at Base Strength, Thor is the strongest

Marrina took blows from Thor and it didn't phase her, Kurse is far stronger than Thor anyways.
