The whole focus thing is complete bullshit. We've never seen Juggernaut powered up without some form of external help. In his other appearances he's just portrayed as someone with an "unknown" strength level. Like Hercules, Thor, or any other strength beast.

In the Beyonder storyline, Beyonder increaed the strength of the Thing 100 fold. Making the Thing class "crazy" or something, I am guessing.

And Juggernaut was still beating him.

Thing, in his regular state has actually been able to hang with the Hulk.
It would take a long time for Hulks strength to increase to 100 times the Thing.
