Cell is the ultimate best villan ever in anime.

Shin from Fist of the North Star was a cool villain. As fave goes..I guess it might be him.

For a female villan it have to be Kikyo.
For a male villan it has to be Sessohamru.

Kikyo just freaks me out.

My favorite has to be Sesshio from The Rurouni Kenshin series. Maybe just for the fights he got Kenshin into. Anyway, he was the highlight of the series to me! (Did I spell his name right? *ponder)
