That's nothing, in Street fighter Ex, gouki is killed by "mizuchi" and he also die's in "Ryu Final". like I said moves can be canon not events. I think ryu's new move, Wind palm is canon, since it was going to appear in capcom fighting all-stars.

I've been dying to confirm certain moves, I even e-mailed Tiamat. I wanna know if messatsu hadouken (evil ryu's unblockable super projectile from Capcom vs Snk 2) and Gouki's kanji, plus his moves misogi ( CVS2) are canon. And I also want a canon description of "the ascension" ( Gills angelic super)
Ryu's Denjin Hadouken is canon... (In the moves list of CvS2 thats what it's called) since he had the same move in SF3.
I doubt if Misogi is canon, because it's only appeared in 3 games, and all three are non canon.
Which Kanji are you reffering to? Akuma's symbol of ten, or Shin Gouki's symbol?

I know denjin hadouken is canon, but what about evil ryu's varation of it, the messatsu hadouken. it's simialr to denjin hadouken, but is not electrical.

It is different in name, it's called "Messatsu Hadouken". I just wanna if it's canon, I'm guessing it is, since capcom developed capcom vs snk 2. and they have a habit of making non-canon things, canon.

ryu vs jin
ryu would kick jin ass hands down. if u have seen DBZ than u would know, because SF fights like DBZ and DBZ owns all. ryu would use his kamahamaha on jin and game over. this is y it was so ez to make the first tekken movie, if they were to make SF movie it would take yrs because of the epic fighting style they would have to make.
