I dont think the offense is not much of a problem.

Will they make the playoffs, that might not happen due to Yankees and Red Sox just getting more players but I think it can happen.

Rios, Wells, Thomas, Overbay, Rolen are good enough hitters to easily win alot of games.

Well yea what I meant was given their division I dont think they have the fire power needed.

The mets got rickrolled!

I'm still pissed that Ed Wade declined the trade offer Alex Rios for Jon Lieber. face-plain

When was that?

Cueto Looked good again, but no offense to back him up.

I'm not exactly sure, but it was a pretty long while ago.

Reds Continue playing well and take the series from the Brewers!

Considering Bailey is still in their minor league system I would say their rotation has a pretty bright future. And then you consider Jay Bruce and Joey Votto give their lineup some young studs they definitely are on the right track. I see their only downfall as Dusty Baker. I also still hate hitting Brandon Phillips 4th I think it is sending him the wrong idea. He needs to hit in the 2 hole with Dunn at 4. Until Griffey leaves that is and then Phillips should move into the 3 slot.

Matt Belisle is doing well too in his rehab assignment. He is never gonna be a star but he is a good arm to have for depth.

Although I am a little dubious about Baker as well....I guess we will see if hiring him was a good move or not. I will say this for the guy: it seems that the players are motivated to play for him.

Look forward to a couple games later tonight.

Reds are an exciting young team, but Baker may be a hindrance. The last thing that team needs down the road is benching Jay Bruce for Norris Hopper, or benching Joey Votto for Scott Hatteberg. Plus Baker ruined Prior's career, and almost Kerry Wood's, by having them throw 120 pitches per outing. If he does that to Cueto, Volquez, and Bailey, I'll be pissed, and I'm not even a Reds fan.

Too bad he didn't pitch again tonight. 🙁

someone should let the phillies know that when the bases are loaded its a good time to get a hit. I believe the team avg this year with the bases loaded is a nice .130

Tell me about it.

Well, the Jays released Thomas.

Good move in my books. He was awful.

I was at the Phils game tonight. Crazy game. Utley for MVP.

There was soo many fight/assh*les chants with Mets fans. People were thrown out left and right.

Yeah he was on track for MVP last year, but then got hit by a pitch and was out for a month. I still think its amazing how he crushes the ball when it looks like hes just flicking the bat out there.

Can someone tell me where in the world is the Dodger offense?
