I'd say MM 7/10 just to versatile for Adam I could be wrong though

Black Adam because if MM is SM 's biotch which he is the BA smokes his ass.

I think it would depend if BA has some resistance to telepathy
and if BA's magically charged attacks will affect MM when he is intangible. Does anyone know about either of those?

well i would say mm because hes better martial artist than supes as well as strength and he would fase through him and remove his BRAIN and HEART

I too say MM, but Black Adam can throw down with Shazam so it'd be close.

Black Adam wins 8/10 MM is to much of a jobber to mess with superman level guys even though he's one himself.

John had BA on his ass in the start to World War. The only reason BA even scared off MM is becuz MM was so stupid he wanted to know why BA killed alll of those peeps. So he allowed him the privy of thought. He could have easily wiped his mind clean and been done with it. MM 10/10
